These terms govern your use of sinachilocs.ng and any service or product you book or buy through it. Using the site means you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, ask us directly.

Bookings and deposits

Every booking is held with a refundable deposit, paid through Paystack. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. Within 48 hours we keep the deposit to cover the chair we held for you.

Late and no-show

Arriving more than 25 minutes late may mean we have to reschedule your appointment to protect the next client. We will not charge a fee, but the chair may not be available again the same week.

Product orders and returns

Products are shipped within one working day of payment. You may return any unopened product within thirty days for a full refund (excluding shipping). Opened products are not returnable for hygiene reasons, except in the case of a quality defect, in which case we replace them at our cost. The full process is on the returns page.

Aftercare and outcomes

We work to a high standard but locs are a living system. Outcomes depend on your aftercare and on factors outside the chair. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, but we will always tell you honestly what is achievable before we begin.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms with notice on this page. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from your use of the site or our services will be settled in the courts of Delta State, where Sinachi Locs and Styles is based. Before going formal, we expect both sides to make a genuine attempt to resolve the matter directly.
